Welcome to Selevel!  We are a general contracting company located in Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys.  Our team is an incredible group of hardworking and highly skilled individuals committed to excellence.  With many years of construction experience in the Keys, we understand the unique challenges of building at sea level.  Adhering to the strict building codes of this area is critical for building structures with integrity.  Along with the high priority to build structurally strong, is our passion to build strong relationships with our clients.  We believe that customer satisfaction is imperative to the success of every job. 

At Selevel, we do both new construction and repairs/remodels. Our past projects include residential and commercial building.  

Project Layout - It can be stressful placing a permanent structure.  Employing a point marking project layout tool has greatly helped.  The total station layout tool has allowed us to boost accuracy to our valued clients on projects.

Foundation - End bearing auger piles into caprock are our specialty.   We retain drilling equipment to reach down to 21 feet into the earth satisfying the majority of foundation requirements.  We are happy to provide layout, drilling service, stabilization, or full-service piles including building layout, reinforcement per design and concrete placement. 

Concrete - We are proficient in a wide range of concrete construction.  Our experience spans from repairing spalling and forming foundations to pre/post tension construction.   

Remodels - Our skilled carpenters can update your interior with new trim, doors, and windows as well as install your dream kitchen or bathroom.
